A convenient way to turn on our garbage disposal.
Very easy to install, according to our contractor. We worried it would not look nice but it matched our kitchen fixtures and is very easy to turn on and off.

A little air goes a long way.
I have used air pressure switches before for garbage disposals located in islands and this one is no different. It's easy to use and hope it lasts as long as the last one which was still operating perfectly after 15 years of use when we moved. This one didn't come with the extra tops of different colors that the older model did -- you have to order the exact one you need which makes sense and causes less waste unless one plans to change countertop or fixture color. I did panic at first when I couldn't get it to work. Electrician immediately put the onus on me as I had bought it for a plumber to install during house renovation and therefore I was held responsible for any problems. However, it was found that the plumber had simply not plugged it in. It is working fine and the finish goes well with other brushed nickle fixtures. Since professionally installed, I can't comment on ease of install but I heard no grumbling or complaining so assume it was SOP.

So simple and perfect
This is stupidly simple to install and for someone like me who is putting a garbage disposal in where there wasn’t one so there is no electrical wired for a wall switch, this is amazing. You plug your garbage disposal into it and hang the electrical plug box on the wall. Hardest thing is drilling the dang hole for it. Things you’ll need that the directions don’t tell you: drill bit in 1 3/8 to get through metal or wood depending on where you’re putting it.

Works well and easy to install. My wife has trouble pushing the button with her fingernails however and has to use a tool.
