What are the dimensions of each pad?

Aprox 6" wide at top tapering down to about 2" at bottom. This is a thinner pad and very easy to get adjusted to

do these work well when used with boxer underwear?

This is not recommended. Briefs work best.

do these have an adhesive to secure?

Yes this product has adhesive down the middle so it is secure.

Could this pad be worn backwards by a female to cover for mild stool incontenence? My mother had colon cancer surgery and needs light stool coverage

Thank you for your inquiry. I do not recommend using it backwards. Too small of a pad for your needs. I suggest you get something bigger, like Tena Pads Yellow or Blue.... Regards,
