Very rapid customer service!
Very misleading and deceptive! The product has a picture of a plastic hanging container with moth bar. The product listing on Amazon also says: "The versatile plastic case features a sturdy hook for hanging on closet rods and a slim profile that takes very little space in your closet or garment bag" However all I received were the little refills for the for the hanging plastic container. Placed the order because I also needed the plastic case which is mentioned in the product description, since I wanted to hang one inside each closest inside my residence. Nowhere does it say on the product description that all you will receive are the little refills which are supposed to go inside the plastic case. _______________________________________________ Update: February 1, 2017 Seller rapidly corrected their error. Tried to change the review to 5 stars because of the excellent customer service of the seller, but every time I try to increase the number of stars given in the original review the number of stars will not change. Once again, the seller had 5 star customer service!

Great item
My family loves these not only does it do it’s job with regard to moths but it smells great and last for a pretty long time. Worth the investment in my opinion.

ALL THE HANGARS ARE CUT IN TWO AND WON'T HANE
EVERY ONE OF THE SIX PRODUCT PACKAGES WAS DEFECTIVE AND NOT USABLE AS ADVERTISED. THE HAGARS ARE HEAVY PLASTIC BUT WERE CUT IN TWO. THE PRODUCT PACKAGES WERE SPLIT OPEN SO THEY WILL NOT HANG IN THE CLOSET. THE WAY THEY WERE PLACED IN THE SHIPPING CONTAINER PREVENTED THEM FROM BEING CUT WHEN IT WAS OPENED, SO THEY WERE CUT BEFORE BEING PLACED IN THE SHIPPING BOX. WE HAVE OTHER MOTH BAR HANGERS SO WE WILL BE ABLE TO USE THE BAR INSIDE BUT NOT AS THE PRODUCT IS DESCRIBED. THEY SHOULD BE RETURNED CONSIDERING THE PRICE PAID.

Not as advertised
The delivered moth bars are not with the plastic cassette but with paper box. The paper box hanger is flimsy with poor quality. The price of moth bars has been fluctuating widely. The price was reasonable at the time of purchase but not necessarily the best value.
