works like new.
After 6 years, my Apple keyboard lost the d, e, and 3 keys. It's hard to type without those keys. I learned Apple no longer sells wired keyboards. (God help me I went to an Apple Store in the Mall the week before Christmas.) I learned the employees know almost nothing about computers because they're all 20 years old and look "wired". They just sell new stuff. I like the big keyboard not because of the number keys, but because it has a real "delete" key, not the usual "backspace" that Apple thinks is delete. So, I could buy the refurb for $54 or a new one from the big auction site for $99. I bought the four year warrantee for a couple bucks extra. It looks and works like new. Even the box was an Apple box and said "new". The only evidence it was refurbished was a small card inserted in the box. Came wrapped in a plastic bag, twist ties on the cable, just like new, new. I have no idea what the difference between a MB110LL/A and a MB 110LL/B is and neither does Apple, it seems. This is the A version, and has two USB ports on the bottom. Funny, I had my old keyboard for 6 years and never looked at the bottom, so I never used them! I dare anyone to find the model number anywhere on the keyboard, certainly not on the bottom corner. UPDATE: As far as I can tell, the only difference between the "A" version and the "B" version is the F-4 key. The new one has a "gas gauge looking dial" while the old one has 6 tiny boxes. I suspect this has to do with "Launchpad vs. "Mission control" but neither launches with the F-4 key and I've never used either.

As good as new.
Arrived in perfect condition despite slightly crunched shipping box. Lies perfectly flat on countertop. (Some complained they received bent keyboards.) Front and back arrived spotless inside the shrinkwrap protection sleeve. (Some reported receiving dirty keyboards.) And after two days of use, I can report that the keyboard functions perfectly and the key action is crisp. Good as new. Perfect for my vintage iMac.

Very bad experience!! Be careful buying from this seller!
I ordered an Apple Keyboard from this seller, and it turned out to be defective. The keys require a lot of pressure to type, making it almost impossible to use. It was clear that the item was defective upon arrival. I reached out to the seller and requested a return label with a pickup option since it wasn’t my fault the item was defective. However, the seller refused multiple times, even after I explained that I don’t have the means to print the label and that I shouldn’t have to spend my own money to return a defective product. Instead, the seller insisted I go to UPS and pay for printing the label and shipping it back. This experience has been frustrating and disappointing. It feels like the seller knowingly sent out a defective item and has no interest in taking responsibility for it. Be very cautious when purchasing from this seller, as they seem to lack accountability for the quality of the products they sell. I strongly advise against buying from this seller. Stay away if you don’t want to risk going through a similar experience.

Not quite an "A"
While it is fairly clean, and the keys seem to work well (except for a slightly sticky space bar), it had a significant gash in the Aluminum on the edge next to the right arrow key. It has a razor sharp edge right where where I usually rest my hand in Excel. Not normally a problem, but I'm having surgery in 5 days, and I can't get ANY CUTS AT ALL. Luckily I saw it before it cut me. As it is aluminum, it was easily fixed with a fingernail file. But is it really an "A"?

Using it right now—just like new!
I was initially a little hesitant with the Renewed label, but once I got the keyboard, safely and securely packaged, and plugged it in, all worries disappeared. It looks and feels just like new, minus the thin protective plastic wrap you always have to take off Apple products. Now I just have to be careful not to spill another full 20 oz coffee on this one!

Great Keyboard supplied by a Great small company
This is my fave Apple keyboard. I have been using the small Bluetooth version which is great, if you have space issues but a pain because there is no numeric panel. Terrific delivery service from the supplier. Arrived super fast. Perfect condition. Happy customer. Feedback for "Corporate Amazon". Your service and offering is near perfect. You would be one of the most amazing companies in the world if you looked after your terrific staff better. Your customer focus is great. Your staff focus is terrible.

Apple Keyboard
The keyboard works well, in very good condition. All keys seem to be working. It has 2 USB ports which is what I needed since I have an older laptop.
