Sometimes changes aren't for the better
Quality, sturdy cane. The handle feels good, and height is adjustable. I bought 2 of these a few years ago, and they have been a Godsend in helping me get around. One was damaged in a fall and I needed to replace it.Unfortunately, the design of the quad foot has changed just my first purchase. The original foot was wider, offering a more secure feeling while standing and walking. The new one has a much smaller foot and feels much less secure. I plan to remove the foot from the old cane and install it on the new cane. Saving the new foot for a backup. Changing the foot design likely saves plastic and increases profit, but it does not improve the product. Should have left it alone.

Nice cane
It's adjustable height is nice. I like the size of the base. One thing I'm not crazy about is that it tips over very easy.

A FOLDING QUAD CANE, AT LAST!
I have bad legs and no sense of balance. One walking stick or even two will not serve me. Need two good quad feet platform canes. And I have several. Yet when I am shopping while using a Pride scooter I never feel secure unless I have my quad canes with me for just in case I have serious need for them. So I have looked and looked for quad feet attachments to fit on folding canes I have. The quad foot attachments made of rubber are worthless as far as providing stability is concerned, but I have been carrying those with me in a bag hanging on the back of my scooter for being the best I could come up with to the point I saw this folding Ez2care folding quad cane. I immediately bought two. As far as quad canes go, there are none better. In fact the spacing between the feet is slightly greater than the excellent quad canes I have been using at home but not carrying with because they are too cumbersome to take along with me on my scooter. I know, I tried doing that for a while. The Ez2care cane solves all problems. It provides a fully sturdy four feet platform, and it folds up. However, it is more difficult to assemble and disassemble than the nonquad folding canes I have, which are very easy. But I will rarely be unfolding or folding them so that won't a problem for me.Two folding all metal true quad canes I have long needed and now I have a pair so am very happy about that. They are not flimsy, either. They are more stout than than the nonfolding quad canes I have. They are solidly made. And the cost is an amazing bargain. Highly recommended even while it is a bit of a challenge to fold them or unfold them.

Completely unsteady!
This item might be fine for certain people in certain situations, but I wanted it primarily as an aid when getting up from the couch or a chair. Not a total support, just a little stability and something to hold onto and 'push off' of with my arms to make standing up a little easier as I dealt with a minor knee injury. Well, these are extremely unstable canes. It's almost comical how easily they fall over, and mine provides me with no confidence when I use it as an aid when standing up. The 4 'feet' might look far enough apart for support, but they're not. Go with something having it's 4 feet much further apart. Since I've learned the item is not returnable (outrageous policy) I will keep it because there might be times when someone I know might be in a situation where it could be useful. Seller: these should be refundable and returnable. I understand that people might abuse the policy by buying the item for a short term need then returning it, but if it's a total mismatch for a customer's needs, it should be returnable.
