Unusable and dangerously hot
PC was dangerously hot and kept crashing with constant reboots. Clearly had never been tested as it crashed as soon as I opened up a standard stress test application. The heat alone would have given me concerns. After several days wasting my time trying different things I returned it to Amazon & purchased a mini PC from a trusted UK manufacturer instead which is what I wish I had done originally.Due to the heat issue I would be concerned Amazon are even selling these. My return was handled through an Amazon bot & there was no relevant response after I mentioned this which gave me the impression they have little concern over safety issues.

Good value for money
Delivery was within the time stated, it was well packed and arrived in good condition.Pros and Cons.Pros Silent operation, which is also a con, very fast.Cons The power LED is virtually impossible to see as either the mounting board or the front panel whole is way off, so that the led is effectively doing nothing. There is also a second LED on the same board which I assume is meant to be a drive activity indicator, but as I have said, there is only one hole on the front panel which is way off from the LED so what use the second LED is escapes me.The unit runs very hot, Crystal Disk Info show that the system SSD when playing a video or doing a large download has reached 70 degrees C. Not having had a fanless PC before, I have no idea if this is normal, but it is 40 degrees above that of my desktop, so I have it running with the base plate removed and that has reduced the temperature down by about 30 degrees, which should increase it's life.Another con is the almost complete absence of detailed paperwork which I suppose is not an overwhelming thing but I do like to know what is what when I buy a piece of kit, eg there is a red LED in the middle of the board, what is that supposed to indicate, bearing in mind that with the base plate on, I probably wouldn't have even seen it.I upgraded the M.2 drive with a PCIe drive and added another 500Gb 2.5in SSD, this is used in a small music studio and works well.On the whole I am pleased with my purchase, just wish a little more care was taken in it's design and more information given about it's operation.A word about the company KIngdel, very very swift replies to queries, allowing for time differences have received replies to queries the same day. My PC was advertised as having an i7 8550 chip but this had been upgraded to the 8650 which runs a bit faster, so very pleased with that. All in all this is a good company to do business and I have no hesitation in recommending it.

Much power in a very small package.
Pro's. Very small (23x18.5x5.5Cm) and excellently finished. Fired up without any problems as soon as switched on. Well packed by Kingdel and Amazon.Con. The 240 to 12 Volt adaptor plug had a 13 amp fuse, the 3 amp now fitted is more than adequate. Now this could have been my fault although I have no idea how. About an hour and a half into installing my programs the PC refused to boot. Looking at the BIOS settings (by dabbing "del) after pressing the start button) I found that the PC was trying to boot from the 1TB HDD! After several minutes looking at the various options under the "Boot" heading I changed the booting option to the 256GB SSD and all was well.. Please do not let this mystery resetting of the BIOS become a habit.Peter W15th August 2020Have found that one of the fascia 2USB sockets is not functioning. Had some weeks earlier fitted a 4TB internal HDD in place of the original 1TB HDD, this was a snug fit. Wondered whether I had nudged an internal USB connector but I had not. So I assume that the 2USB socket failure is "one of those things", definitely not worth the hassle of persuing under guarantee. Watch this space!Peter W

What a fantastic box of tricks
This is an amazing bit of kit, an i7 Quad core, with 16Mb of Ram, 128Gb of SSD and no fan it makes the perfect multi media server. I have added another 12TB of raid storage via the USB3 port and it works like a dream. I can stream 4K to any device on my network with no lagging or lip sync issues, something I had never manage to achieve to date. Worth every penny for that alone. It is small enough and quiet enough to sit in the TV Cabinet.I received the order within a few days, it was well packed and exactly as described. I really can not fault this PC or the supplier.I can really recommend this product.

Very impressed
Unit has been running 24/7 for a week no issue what so ever. I have a 3d graphic application that requires a fairly high power spec and this has been running fine, it did run up to 80C temp so i ended up setting the max processor speed to 60% and now its running between 39-42C. This is still capable of good quality 3d and good performance while maintaining a more acceptable tempeature. Solid alliminium Design makes a nice hand warmer, I7 runs at 2.7Ghz and with 16Gb Ram well impressed with the spec.

Excellent bit of kit
Runs silent and coolComes with activated Windows 10 Pro which I assume is OEM and tied to the hardware, but that's fine for the price.256GB m.2 Sata card is quite fast and 1TB HHD is as expected.Dual 4k monitor is great with 1 x HDMI and 1 x Display portWatch out as if your are connecting the Display port to a DVI monitor you will need an active cable: Benfei Active DisplayPort to DVI Adapter (https://smile.amazon.co.uk/dp/B073PSL21G/ref=cfb_at_prodpg) worked for meVery pleased
