I don't take the same products everyday to keep my body on its toes. Magma is a nice break from the stronger taste of wheatgrass and mixes well with the carrots and beets. I'm usually very skeptical of "health" products, but I can say that I haven't gotten sick since I started taking the Green Foods products almost a year ago. I think I'll be taking this and the Magma Plus for the rest of my life.
