Each piece holds 4 balloons and there is 30 pieces you can use on you stands. So you’ll need 120 balloons if you want to use all the pieces and get the highest point. I didnt use all the poles because I wanted it to be a little smaller in height so I had used less balloons. These are two separate stands it does not make an arch unless your able to do it yourself.
