I’m 5ft 9 size 6/7 , can’t seem to see why size I’d need .

As you are tall and these are hold ups, I would definitely recommend the Large size.

I am quite pale (mac nc15) which nide colour do you recommend? I would like the tight to be my colour. Not tanned

i always wear dark colours & I am also very pale skinned myself but tend to wear dark skirts & shoes with colorful tops. I have bought gobi in the past though
