Then it will not jam. I used them to send my wedding invites that I had printed as postcards. My invites were completely navy blue with silver writing, and you could not see the navy blue through the envelope. **Q: What makes these environmentally friendly?** A: They're paper, not plastic. Paper is more biodegradable than any other material, and trees is a renewable resource, unlike plastics made from petroleum. **Q: Can you do ink calligraphy on these?
