Love this jacket (and the company are very good too!)
Got this jacket just in case I needed it whilst on a charity cycling weekend (21st-23rd Sept 2018) event. 3 days cycling from Wakefield (UK) to Hull, then Zeebrugge to Roubaix, finally from Roubaix to 25 miles south then returning to Lille. All it did for the whole 3 days was rain - and we are talking rain of biblical proportions! All this jacket did was keep my body dry! Honestly, it was perfect. Yeah, the water eventually seeped in via the neck and cuffs, but leaking through the seams or other joins? Didn't happen. Not once!I bought a large sized jacket and I am a guy with about a 42" chest, even when wearing my winter jacket underneath (yep, it really was that wet and cold!) there was enough room to feel comfortable, but not too baggy to feel like I was wearing a parachute! It still felt comfortable when I was only wearing it over my my jersey too.I couldn't roll this jacket to be small enough to fit in a rear jersey pocket; this jacket is certainly designed to be one of those that you'll decide to wear for the whole ride (i.e. maybe a cold and frosty day, or you anticipate being caught in rain on a cool day). It even has air-vent zips running down the rear, from the arms - something I didn't realise until I had it on the washing line, post my event. One last thing. FDX are a very good seller too. I had an issue with my initial order and contacted them - within 24 hours they had responded and within 48 hours my particular problem was totally resolved. Would certainly buy from this seller again. And one more one last thing... I raised over £450 for the charity in which I was cycling for. (I just want to demonstrate to you all that this is a genuine review!).

Best jacket I've had for cycling
I'm a 42chest with bit of a belly (typical dad bod) I ordered an xl as I normally wear a hood underneath in the winter fits really well, it's really warm an wind proof, the waterproof feature of this jacket is the best I've come across and I've bought some expensive brands over the years it's the best jacket I've owned for cycling

Size fit
Perfect fit for 44/46” chest with long arms great as normally there too short. Also has a longer section to the back of the neck so protects you there too. Pockets inside n back and vents under arms vvvv nice

Almost perfect but for now it will do the job
Great fit all around APART from the neck. I can't zip up. I'm on the slim side as well! I don't have a huge neck or anything so I'm really surprised by that.It works really well as a shell for horrible UK Winter.I hate the back pocket. When I'm wearing gloves (I got the FDX full length gloves, which are very nice) I can't get anything in because there is a mini pocket within the pocket that gets on my nerves!!!! I haven't been able to get used to that and it's not me being a numpty because I'm very flexible and I can reach the pocket fine.Any I can't see myself making use of the pocket with full length gloves because when it's warmer I won't need to wear this jacket!I don't see the point of the mini pocket within that pocket.Sweat can also bleed into the rear pocket so I don't put my phone in there!Last of all I don't like the inside right pocket because it's too small. I can't even fit my phone into that pocket and I have a 5.2inch screen size phone.

Does what it says on the tin
I wore this for the first time on my commute to work, and the weather was not great; non-stop drizzle - the really wet stuff. My commute is pretty early in the morning and I did not get wet nor cold, so this turned out to be a very good buy.It is a lightweight jacket, so generally not meant for winter usage, but a couple of thin layers under this was enough for me to not feel remotely cold.I like the fact that the wrists have velcro straps on them, as this works well with a proper set of winter gloves.

Good priced jacket for cycling in bad weathers
I was looking for a reasonably priced waterproof jacket for cycling and then read a few reviews about this jacket. I took the plunge and purchased and tried it for the first time today as on my cycle to work for 30 minutes in a hard drizzle, this jacket did keep me dry which was good. It's whether it is torrential rain proof but for the price it seems a good jacket. It would be handy if size information could be on this purchase site as i had to look on another web site regarding this and wasn't sure then if i was ordering the correct size but luckily the jacket fit nicely and pleased with this item purchased.

Could be great jacket, BUT.......
Okay, well a great price for a winter jacket however I feel fdx need to spend a little more on it, I certainly wouldn't mind paying 10 - 15 pound more if the quality was upped some! Firstly, the collar is too tight, medium sized jacket is perfect fit as it should be but can't put zip all the way up to chin. Secondly, the zip has already parted at the bottom when done up but managed to get it back down and now have to be very careful. Thirdly, the back pocket is practically useless because the inner lining isn't attached to anything so if you miss the inner pocket part the item is loose on the inside of the jacket so it ends up anywhere in inside! Also because it is so big you have to delve around a lot and hence the cheap zip is now broke and the material is now tearing, so overall I was thinking good for two winters but it will probably just last out this one. Spend a bit more on it FDX, and it will be well worth it, keeps you dry and is warm and comfortable!

Very small.
I bought a xxl for my husbsnd. He is 6'3 & broad. 48" chest but this went no where near him. Looked like a kid's coat on him, sleeves were too short, length of jacket it'self too short & very snug surround chest & under arms. Gave it to my 16 year old son who is 6foot & very skinny, only about 9.5 stone. Fitted him & he normally only wears a medium. He loves it for mountain biking. Washes really well.
