Nice set of storage containers! There are 8 containers. The listing measurements are accurate. Some of the containers are difficult to open. If you have hand mobility issues, these might not be the best option for you. The plastic locking mechanism is a bit tough to operate. I'm hoping that'll get better with more use, otherwise I'll try filing it down just a bit. These containers aren't huge, but they'll hold a lot depending what you're putting in here. The size is perfect for crafting supplies, like ribbons or buttons or little tubes of glitter. You can use it for storing playing cards and/or dice. They'll easily fit crayons, and we all know how the cardboard crayon boxes never last as long as the crayons do. These little containers would be great for kids coin collections, or doll accessories. They are perfect size for storing jewelry. You could put your hair ties and pins and barrettes and have them all together in one place. Really very versatile, these containers. Value for price is not there. At the time of this review it's the 8 containers for 14.99, and I think they are less expensive to buy in stores in person. But they are convenient if you need them shipped to your home, or if you need this size specifically. Overall a good, sturdy small storage solution. If you don't mind the price, they work great. I wouldn't buy them again, but I'm using all of these ones already!

Die Boxen werden in einem schlichten, braunen Karton mit Einsteckfunktion (wiederverwendbar!) geliefert. Sie sind überraschend stabil und eignen sich hervorragend für die Aufbewahrung von Kleinteilen. Der Verschluss hält sie sicher geschlossen, und die Verarbeitung wirkt insgesamt wertig. Ich kann diese Aufbewahrungsbehälter empfehlen. Sterne-Vergabe: Fünf Sterne vergebe ich nur, wenn ich absolut begeistert bin (Erwartungen übertroffen). Vier Sterne gibt es, wenn für mich alles passt, das Produkt also den Erwartungen, die sich aus der Beschreibung ergeben, entspricht. Drei Sterne gibt es, wenn Mängel vorliegen, das Produkt im Großen und Ganzen aber brauchbar ist. Zwei Sterne bedeutet, dass das Produkt aufgrund seiner Mängel nicht mehr erwartungsgemäß nutzbar ist. Ein Stern zeigt einen Totalausfall an, weniger Sterne zu vergeben ist nicht möglich.

I ordered this matched set because I needed small clear boxes to sort craft parts and hardware. I used them on a workbench and in a drawer to see how they handled regular opening and closing. Each box measures 5.3 x 3.2 x 1.2 inches and is made from clear PP plastic. The material feels firm enough for light parts and the transparency makes it easy to see what is inside. The latch lid closes with a small snap that keeps the box shut during normal handling. The boxes are identical so they stack evenly without sliding. The interior space works for beads, screws, small jewelry pieces and other items that do not need much height. In use I filled several boxes with small nails, jump rings and sewing clips. The lids stayed shut when moved around but the latch feels light so I would not pack anything heavy or sharp without checking it. The compact size makes them easy to line up in a drawer but the 1.2 inch height limits what can fit. The smooth lid surface takes labels well and the included sticker sheet helps keep things organized. The good points are the clear plastic, the uniform size and the easy stacking. The drawbacks are the shallow height and the light latch strength.
