Spongy yet firm
It's alright. No such thing as a miracle cure but it is better. I can get throughout the night without a dead arm. I bought one for my son and he says it's good too. The pillow is spongy but firm so you can scruntch it into shape and it does support the neck well. It allows a small gap either side for your arm when swapping sides. Yeah. buy one.

Nice pillow just the arm cut out isn’t quite enough and my partner moves my pillow when we cuddle apart from that lovely

Pleasantly surprised
I ordered without reading the review of this and my wife took great delight in pointing out it had only 1 review which was 1 star.. anyway it arrived and that review was extremely harsh, I was pleasantly surprised. It’s firm, and stayed cool through the night. Time will tell if it’s better for my shoulder but it was certainly worth a try.
