So I wanted to love this pool but I had a really bad experience with the vendor. First of all the pool came used. We notice as we were assembling it. So I reached out to Amazon and since this was bought through third party seller they advised to contact them first. So I went ahead and contacted them and explained it was used. They first offered to refund me a very small percentage when payed almost $400, so I told them that didn’t seem fair, so they offered a little more and I agreed. Next day when I went to inspect pool, it was leaking. We spotted the hole and when I went to look for the patches, it didn’t even bring it. I was so upset, this thing took more than half a day to fill and now I have to go buy something to patch it. I reached out to the seller and explained and showed proof with pictures and said I wanted a full refund. They wanted me to empty out pool, and send back the pool so they can refund me. Really? After so much back and forth, I contacted Amazon explained what happened and how I felt robbed. I payed for a brand new item and I received a used, leaking pool without patches. After sending them proof of the leak, Amazon went ahead and just refunded me. Literally the next day the seller sent me an email that they are sorry for the inconvenience and that they are gonna refund me… yea after Amazon did it first. The pool I received was bad quality, the seams are made poorly and that is the weakest spot in our pool. It is a pretty decent size. Kids and adults can fit comfortably inside. But it does feel a little whimsy. So it’s more like a chill pool. Kids can definitely have fun in them. But don’t know how long it will last kids being kids. For everything that it brings the price is not bad, but then again it’s a cheap, poorly made pool. Materials feel weak. Overall I had a bad experience with the pool, would not recommend the vendor.

The pool went together OK. Filled it up with water and got up the next morning the water was halfway drained out of the pool. The pool has a place in the liner somewhere leaking water cannot find the leak in the liner.

⭐⭐⭐☆☆ The product works fine overall, but the vinyl part that sticks to the floor is very delicate. It can tear very easily if you're not careful, even with small movements or minor contact. Because of that, you have to handle it very gently during use and installation. It does the job, but the durability of that part could definitely be improved.

HORRIBLE! My first and last Intex ever! My husband spent hours making sure everything was perfect, got everything together, only to find out it’s split at the seam! No water even in it yet. It’s way too much work to put up, much less take it all back down so we’ll just put flex seal on it and know better next time. So disappointed! Should’ve went with what we had before, bestway! Edit to add…started filling it and halfway up there was a pinhole! Last update…Jeremy in customer service contacted me and asked what can he do to make it right. He then refunded me a percentage and sent a replacement liner which I have already received. I really appreciate him reaching out and fixing this issue. I’ll update to 4 stars for amazing customer service!

Incredibly easy to set up. It took two of us less than an hour to put it together. It came with everything pictured.
