I’m not going to go bury one and see how long it takes to decompose so I hope that claim is true. These straws are standard size and circumference. The material has a slight bumpy texture but other than that, feels like a normal straw, slightly more stiff/strong. It does not impart any flavor nor does it stick to your lips like paper straws do. It withstands biting (to a certain extent like all plastic straws do). It becomes very mailable and crinkled if put in hot water but then becomes stiff again when removed. I will be using these straws when I need a disposable straw moving forward. Review: They are straws. - Yep these are straws. They kind of suck but that's their purpose lol.
