Smooth and Functional Bed
Great bed. Smooth operation. One cable is short so will require improvisation and skill to make it reach. Otherwise bed set up straightforward. Company is very attentive to questions and support.

No memory foam topper
You will not be able to find an exact match to this mattress size if you need memory foam topper or air pressure. All those "dorm room" twin XL's do not match this size. The rails are not easy to move on and off. You really need adjustable rails on the bottom of the bed as well.

Function
Real Relax 5 Function Bed came in poor packing condition. The only damage was to the foot board it is cracked/broken on both sides, but we needed the bed for immediate family use and it was more cosmetic than affects function of the bed. Otherwise, bed has been working very well, and family member likes it.

Perfect home hospital bed!
After my husband's surgery, we needed more than just basic adjustments. This bed is fantastic! The extra back angle (75 degrees) makes it easier for him to eat in bed, and the height range works perfectly for our different caregivers. The Trendelenburg position really helps with his circulation and breathing issues. The remote is simple to use and the bed feels very solid. Great for serious home care needs!

Great for home recovery!
Was worried a hospital bed would make our living room look clinical, but the wood panels look really nice! We switched to the soft covers when my mom naps, she says it's cozier. Having five positions is amazing - she can sit up for meals or elevate her legs when they swell. Upgraded from a basic 3-function bed and the difference is worth every penny!

Worth every penny!
Great bed for the price! The mattress is thicker than expected and very comfortable -not too soft, not too hard. My mom sleeps much better now with the adjustable positions. Love how the back and knee sections move separately. The hand controller is simple to understand even for my 80-year-old mom. Wheels roll smoothly and lock securely. Worth every!

Practical functional bed
Bought this for my dad after his hip surgery. The ultra-low height is amazing - no more worrying about him falling out of bed at night! The remote control is super easy for him to use, and he loves being able to lift his head to watch TV. Assembly took me less than 30 minutes. Highly recommend for elderly care at home!
