So far, these are of an acceptable/ very nice quality (for the price) and seem quite durable. One of my clients even remarked, "This is money well spent!". Lol. Whether you're training clients or working out on your own, this helps a lot in giving the confidence (and building the excitement) that you're on your way to develop the strength for pull-ups, chin ups etc. without assistance. So far, clients love using these and actually ask to be given more sets during their training. Unbelievable...... but true! The height markings are very useful, appreciated and simple to switch between users. I preferred the buckle type arrangement over those that you have to wrap over the bar several times. The buckle holds steady with no slipping issues with a 235 lb client so far. I haven't used it on anyone heavier at this point, but I have a feeling it would hold nicely even then. Will update if I see any flaws, complaints or defects worth mentioning.

I think this is a great product I personally would have liked the foot support to be seperated instead of sewed together. I found a way to seperate them using a different 2 seperate foot supports that I already have. It keeps me a little more balanced. It seems very durable ,I can use these bands for other things like independent arm press if possible . I have other accessories that I can mix with these

Does what it's suppose to do. Those people who comment that it doesn't support your weight are too weak to get in position properly and so are unable to use it . Thing works damn good.

This is nice. I def love that it comes with the band that you can adjust based on your height. I’m shorter and that’s been a struggle with some workout equipment, so I appreciate the option of different heights. It’s very easy to use. The bands are very well made and strong.

I'm loving my Pull Up Assistance Bands! The 80Lbs bands and adjustable pedal provide amazing support for my strength training at home. Sturdy and easy to use, I can already see improvements in my pull-ups. Great investment for a home gym, highly recommend!

These pull up assistance kit does help do pull ups. The kit is nice in how easy it is to set up on a pull up bar. Throw the strap over the bar and you are set up in less than 1 min. Put feet in the very well made foot holders and it is comfortable to do some pull ups. The whole thing seems pretty durable, except for maybe the bands. More on the bands later. Definitely easier to do pull ups with this than without this. There is an some printing for height on the strap to easily fit this to a wide number of heights. I like the nice pouch it comes with to store it all in so the box doesn't have to be carried around if you go to a park to use the pull up bar. My arms felt great like they had a good work out after using this. Gives a nice spring to the pull up to with the right rhythm. So why the 3 stars? The bands say 80 lbs. on each of them. Making one think they each will help pull up 80 lbs. In reality I'd say all 4 together do about 80 lbs, if that. That makes this not a great kit for heavier people. If you do need more than 80 lbs help to do a pull up, it's not a great value. On top of not supporting 80 lbs each the thick stretch bands feel like I can't trust them too much. It's like, if they do break, it will fly up in my face and hurt me pretty bad with all the force on it. It does help with pull ups though.
