This rigid carplay mount holder is compatible with 7–11 inch carplay screens, providing a convenient mounting solution for portable carplay devices. Our 2 in 1Portable carplay screen mount holder features a rigid round base that will contour to most curve dashboards. The strong 3M adhesive ensures firm adsorption or use the AMPS Pattern 4 hole drill connection to hard mount your device on to your dashboard (perfect for Commercial Vehicles & Trucks) Review: Great CarPlay screen dashboard mount - I’ve been using the dashboard mount for a little while now with a 10” CarPlay screen, and it’s been a mostly solid experience with a few quirks worth mentioning. Right out of the box, the mount feels sturdy. The rigid design is noticeable compared to some of the more flexible or suction based mounts I’ve tried before. Once it’s in place, it doesn’t wobble much, even on rougher roads or in a truck. That was one of the first things I paid attention to, since larger screens tend to shake on cheaper mounts. Installation took a bit of decision making. I tried the adhesive first, and it held well on my dashboard after cleaning the surface properly. It hasn’t lifted or peeled so far, even with heat buildup during the day. The option to drill and use the AMPS hole pattern is there, which is nice if you want something more permanent, especially for fleet or work vehicles. I didn’t go that route, but it’s good to have. The 4-prong connection feels secure. Once my screen snapped in, it stayed put and didn’t loosen over time. Adjusting the angle is straightforward, though I did notice that after setting it, you don’t want to keep readjusting too often since it’s designed more for stability than frequent repositioning. One thing I noticed is that placement matters more than I expected. Because the mount is rigid and not very forgiving, if you don’t get the position right the first time, it can be a little annoying to redo, especially if you’re using the adhesive. Also, depending on your dashboard shape, it can sit a bit higher than I’d prefer, which slightly affects visibility. Weather resistance seems decent so far. I haven’t had any issues with heat or humidity affecting it yet, but long-term durability will depend on how well the adhesive holds up over time. Overall, it does what it’s supposed to do. It feels more like a semi-permanent solution than a quick, adjustable mount. If you want something stable for a larger CarPlay screen and don’t mind taking a little extra care during installation, it works well. If you’re the type who likes to frequently move or adjust your setup, it might feel a bit too fixed. Review: Goes almost anywhere - Some cars make it impossible to install an aftermarket radio. I have two of these cars. The Cadillac STS has the center console entertainment system that is one giant unit. The radio, the SID, the DVD, and the eye glasses compartment is all one huge unit. if you want to replace the radio, you would have to saw this unit in half, including the motherboard inside. That probably wouldn't work. There have been some aftermarket kits where you cut out the eyeglasses section, carefully, and put a single din radio there. And you can do it, if you don't mind not being able to set any of the cars controls ever again. My wife's Saab has a similar problem. The radio communicates with the amplifier via fiber optic cables. If you change the radio, you won't get any sound. You also won't get any click noises from the turn signal and you won't get any parking assistance. There is one kit which allows you to remove the oddly shaped radio, bury it in the dashboard. Then add a customized touch screen, NAV radio. It costs over $700 and has limited functions. The best solution for these two cars, and others where you cannot simply replace the radio, is to use a dash-mounted Carplay radio. But where do you mount it? On some cars, like mine, there are very few places you can put the radio on the dashboard without blocking the other controls. External radios often come with a mount kit that lets you mount it on top of the dashboard, usually in the center. But it sometimes it blocks the view of the road. Not a good idea. Since Carplay external radios have a standard mount, there are other options. This LycoGear has several unique features. It allows you to attach the radio to the top of the dash, but it bends down and you can lower it out of the way so it doesn't block the road. It also has a small footprint to glue onto the dashboard. That means, in addition to being able to glue it to the top of the dashboard, there are many more opportunities where you can glue it to a blank face of the dashboard. It just gives you a lot of options to put the radio where it'll be easily seen, but not in the way.

Small
Much smaller than it appears in the advertisement. Materials are lighter and cheaper than I would have liked. It does stick well to the dash with the pads that are included. It also works with my device as described. The price is maybe on target but I also feel like it might be over priced because of the cheap materials.

Just as described
Fits perfectly with the dachboard display. Ease to use, just peel off the double sided tape, stick this on your dashboard. I like that it comes with the prep wipes. The built seems durable.

Great Stand For My Carplay
I had no issue sticking this down to my car and it came in handy. It was super easy to set up and is small but mighty. It doesnt feel clunky at all having it on my dashboard. Love it.
