It was easy to fix u like the other reviews!.The crystals were packed individually but were easy to fix and was given few extra pieces.Looks Fabulous and totally worth the money!Everyone raved about how pretty it looked!

Beware!
It is a beautiful light but so time consuming. I paid an electrician to install it. He got it installed but had to take it down due to al of the cables being crossed. He literally had to take the whole light apart and reassemble!! Whoever put this in the box to be shipped should be fired!

Gorgeous
I love this light, but it’s a lot to assemble but well worth the time. It’s adjustable for any height. My ceiling is uneven but the side pulleys allow you to even it out.
