Small but worth it
I have had no issues with this jewelry but I've also had decades of experience with this kind of jewelry so I have my habits that help me easily put these in my piercings. I use flat back studs for my nose piercings since typical nose studs fall out easily on me. The jewels are small and easy to drop and lose so you need to make sure you have a good mirror and something to catch the jewel if you drop it. These are a nice quality and very cute. Theyre very comfortable to wear as a nose ring and I would recommend them to anyone that is comfortable with the challenge of using these.

Impossible-REALLY…
You honestly CANNOT imagine how small and impossible these are to put in. It’s sad, because this stud is exactly the look I was going for -however, these are a frigging nightmare to fasten. Took me about an hour (wish I was kidding) and then after a week I wanted to change out to something silver to match my earrings and I decided that was going to have to be a hard pass. I’d never be able to screw the top back on a second time. I am down to 2 stones, couldn’t begin to guess exactly where the others landed and Lord knows you won’t “see” them unless you luck out and catch a glimpse of a sparkle in the light. If you decide to purchase-be sure to get yourself some Elmer’s glue to use on your finger tips when trying to put one of these bad boys in. Good luck!

Very Dainty - need to be very agile to screw in the jewel
ORAZIO's 14K Gold Filled Flat Back Earrings Studs aim for a balance of style and comfort, targeting those with sensitive piercings. The 14K gold filled material is a step up from basic stainless steel, offering a warmer tone and reduced risk of irritation. The internal threading is a notable plus, minimizing discomfort during insertion and removal, especially in delicate piercings like the tragus or helix. The flat back design is comfortable for extended wear, reducing pressure and irritation. The simplicity of the design plus being a very small earring make it quite versatile. Overall, ORAZIO's studs are a decent option for those seeking comfortable, hypoallergenic, and internally threaded flat back earrings, but the biggest issue you will have is getting the threaded head into the back piece without losing it.

Not Suited for Personal Insertion at Home
I really, really wanted to love these, but I have never been so frustrated in my life. The jewelry is very pretty & dainty, but they are IMPOSSIBLE to place on your own. Unless you are purchasing this as a piercer to use on clients, I wouldn't spend time messing around with this set. Pictured is the jewel/screw--and yes, all 6 are the same size. Additionally, I have extremely small hands and fingers. My ring size is US 5.75 and I buy children's sized gloves and mittens. I will also preface by saying I am very familiar with and typically love flat-post jewelry. It is all I have worn for 2-3 years now and have NEVER struggled to insert a piece on my own / at home. Cons: -Of the 6 pieces, I only have TWO JEWELS LEFT. Why, you ask? The jewel is the piece that screws into the post... and it is microscopic. This aspect, specifically, is what makes it impossible to insert yourself. -If you drop a jewel, good luck finding it again. There are currently 4 lost somewhere on my floor and even after spending 20 minutes looking, I've not been able to find them... and I have laminate flooring. -To make matters worse, the jewels have to screw in. If they were a snap/pull design, I don't think it would be as bad. Trying to screw in such a small piece makes it even harder to get the jewelry secured. -Even after using several different types of tweezers to try and insert the jewel to the post, I was still unsuccessful. Pros: -Jewelry is very pretty and very dainty (which is my preferred look).
