After 20 years, my original California Duster bit the dust! 😝 The past year I worked at a ranch where there was constant dust storms, and I used it daily. I never washed it or hosed it off, that is not recommended, I did shake it out after every use.These truly are amazing – I use it all over my Tesla just about every day – takes just a minute and it keeps me from getting dust on me, especially from the trunk where I’m constantly loading and unloading stuff. And I just feel better with a clean car. Really happy to have a new one, and I guess I didn’t realize how gross my old one was until I put the new one beside it. 😳😱🙄

I dust my car everyday with this duster. It works well and captures the dust without scratching the paint. Also great to use on the interior of the car and blinds in your house.

Got this for my grandson for his new car out in Ok. He needs it because of the continuous wind and dust blowing out there. I have had one for years keep my truck in a garage and it still gets dusty. Have had mine for about 20 years a gift from his mother. These work pretty good I use mine all the time still have the case for it hung in the garage. It comes with a smaller one I use for the dash and gauges.

Seems like there are a lot of similar products out there. This is the one over time that seems to have consistently very good reviews. Even though higher priced than the others, decided to go with this one. It sure does easily removed dust and pollen that has bonded to the finish and requires a wash. Don't use on the windshield or windows, the paraffin in the Duster will streak and it's hard to get off. I followed the instructions and let the Duster sit on some newspaper for 48 hours. Didn't have a piece of red lint or any issues that some people report. I also made sure I would shake the duster a couple of times each day while it was doing the newspaper thing. I just keep in the trunk of the car; no smell comes into the cabin of the car. The duster doesn't really have a smell but I was concerned when the trunk got hot from the sun that the wax may produce an oder; that hasn't happened so far. The duster I received does have the plastic handle, it's very easy to use, does what it says it will do and doesn't leave any residue or lint behind. Takes about a minute to do a full size sedan. The trick is getting to car after dew has evaporated and the sun hasn't heated up the surface.

Just bought a brand new Red Tacoma Truck, and I live in Arizona where there is an abundance of dust. Was looking for a car duster and figured I'd try out the California Duster. I did follow directions about setting it on newspaper for 48hrs to soak up any access wax. (Thats a must) Well let me just say that this thing is great. Removed all the dust on my truck in about 5-10 minutes. Keep in mind, this IS NOT a cleaner. Its not meant to be rubbed onto car. Just like the product says, Its a duster. Just lightly sweep it across your vehicle and bye bye dust with no residue or scratches. Highly recommend!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:This thing is awesome! It does leave races of paraffin on the paint if it’s hot. I have a black vehicle so I have to make sure it’s cooled off before sweeping. Well made, should last a long time.
