Still the Gold Standard for Phone ProtectionOtterBox Defender cases are the gold standard when it comes to durable phone cases. I’ve used Defender Series cases on every phone I’ve owned going back to the iPhone 6. I’ve tried other brands a few times, but I always end up coming back to the Defender.The Good:- Excellent protection. I feel like my phone is completely protected.- It feels solid and well-made, not cheap or flimsy.- The rubberized finish has a great grip without feeling overly silicone-like. It stays put, which is especially nice in the car when I don’t want it sliding off my knee.- The MagSafe connection is surprisingly strong considering how thick the case is.- The detachable hard-plastic shell is definitely bulky, but I don’t mind because it’s very durable. It also doubles as a kickstand, which is great for watching videos in landscape mode.The Bad:- The rubber around the side camera button is already starting to peel up. I had the case exchanged, but the replacement is doing the same thing. It doesn’t affect functionality, but it’s annoying, especially for those of us who notice little tactile imperfections.The Ugly:- None.Overall, I’ll continue buying Defender cases as long as they keep putting making them the same way they always have. They’re bulky, but the protection and durability are worth the trade-off for me.

Using AI modelling, I have determined that this case will not offer any protection whatsoever for your person if a bear attacks you. Interestingly, it may be that the bear is, in pure point of fact, attacking you because you’re on your $2k phone filming a majestic and dangerous creature whilst intruding in its beautiful natural home, i.e. the woods. This isn’t so much a rant against rampant consumerism so much as the bear aggressively insisting that you be respectful, and maybe put your phone away and appreciate the world around you directly.Case is pretty good at protecting against accidental drops when you’re fishing for your keys, so I recommend it for that type of purpose.Keep it away from bears though, maybe listen to your mama and get outside once in awhile.

This was for my husband and he has found that it is easier to hold onto his phone now. The case has good grip without being massive and cumbersome. He likes the little bit of yellow too.

Extremely disappointed! Previously I had an iPhone 14 Plus and it came with the case and holster/stand. Now, I’ve had an iPhone 16 Pro Max for a while and really missed having the Otterbox case and holster. The case arrived today minus the holster but scan the QR code for a free holster which isn’t really free because they expect one to accept all cookies and then purchase a minimum of $50 to get a free holster?!!! No, thank you. I’ll spend less purchasing the holster separately. I’ve always recommended and admired Otterbox but now they given me pause for cause.

100% satisfied! My husband loves this case. His old phone case he would brake his screen protector every 3 days but with this case not one cracked screen. He drops his phone alot and it has help up to the durability and firmness. He loves it. I love the added protection this case brings to his phone so we dont have to replace it
