Useful sim card
This worked quickly and easily. I was able to text the United States with no issues. It was noticeably slower than my phone speed in the US but it was expected. I wasn't able to connect to Youtube since I feel it's not allowed in China. Therefore, I couldn't really test the speed on a challenging website. But I could get directions and it lasted for the week I was there. It was worth the money since I was able to find my way around and translate a few words when I needed help communicating.
