Great support
These are really helpful for me. They’re easy to fit in my shoes and feel comfortable. I like that they have two adjustable layers, so I can set how much support I want. They can make your feet feel more balanced, and reduce strain on knees after long periods of walking and standing. It doesn't really feel bulky inside the shoes either.

The orthotic pads are very soft and cushiony. I took pictures so you can see how they are thicker on one side and tapered at the other. Same for the gel inserts. I do agree that the straps on the fabric heel protector or could be better angled toward the bridge of my foot. I like that I can use one insert per foot or double them up for more support.

Did not work.
This did not work. After one day, I could not wear them as the straps appeared to be misaligned which made them uncomfortable to wear. Try it for yourself. It may work for you.

Helpful with Plantar Fasciitis
These have helped me so much in the past few days with the comfort of my Plantar Fasciitis. The comfort level has been so helpful so far. The support has been helpful with lessening the swelling and I haven’t felt much pain in the past few days.

Value for money
I like how these were adjustable and they fit comfortably in my shoes. I have been wearing it since I got it and it really helps. It looks durable and is of a great quality. Now I don't have to be massaging my heels daily.

Too small
I use a 12.5 extra wide and it's too small. it won't fit. May smaller feet might be better . But durability of the product will tell over time.

Pain is diminished!
This is a simple concept and design that simply works. It has helped with walking and my leg and back pain have diminished.
