Oh my gosh! This is sooooo good! I like the flavor of Knoor products anyway, but this took me by surprise. No more glass jars of alfredo sauce taking up pantry space! We made blackened chicken fettuccini for dinner and used this pkg. The flavor is yummy but you can tweak to your palates desire by adding more sour cream, garlic, etc. Whereas you buy a premade jar and the flavor is pretty much as is! Definitely a keeper in the pantry!

Good powdered alfredo sauce mix - easy to make
This is easy to make and good for a cheap instant sauce mix. I like having it on hand because the shelf life is very long. I like it much better than jar alfredo sauces, too.
