Cool Sensory Wall Art
This is honestly a lot cooler than I thought it would be. My son loves dinosaurs and while he is beyond the age of most sensory toys I thought this was cool enough to justify adding to his play area. It comes in multiple panels with double sided tape so you can put it together on your wall. I would personally recommend laying it out on the floor first to get an idea of the size needed and help you to visualize where you want to put it. They give you two rolls of double sided tape that you need to cut to size, and I can say it is definitely enough. I had a small amount left over and I could have likely used more. I followed the general recommendation from the manufacturer for how to place tape as best I could but as you'll see some of the irregular shapes needed me to get creative. One thing I would have preferred, but likely isn't this manufacturers problem, is that the double sided tape had a paper backing instead of plastic. The plastic generated a lot of static so it kept being attracted back to the tape very easily and was a bit of a pain to pull off. Definitely doable with even my recently cut fingernails, but it was annoying. Also make sure you have a trash bag nearby because the backing strips are nearly invisible once you set them down so I made a habit of throwing them out immediately so I didn't lose one on the floor. The tape itself definitely seems sticky enough to last for a while. As for the assembled product: it's cool. I love all the different panels being different materials/textures so you can touch them all and feel different things. It looks cool and fits right into the playroom area. Given the intend use is to touch it to use you'll also be constantly reinforcing the tape on the wall so I don't think it's going anywhere anytime soon. I'm mildly concerned it may pull paint with it when it comes off the wall, but that's a several years down the road me problem. Long story short: if you're looking for a sensory toy this is definitely one I'd consider. It may get dirty and need cleaning in a public office, but I think it's definitely worth checking out.

Lots of textures and very large!
We had 4 grandbabies born in 2023! So we now have 4 toddlers and Nana (That’s me!) is always looking for new and educational things to do that gets the little ones off the screens and away from the television, and still be stimulating! I notice my grandson loves to play with the tag on stuff toys. He loves soothing touch. For him feeling different textures is very calming. The other 3 toddlers love different textures as well. This toy is bright and vibrant and has several variations of touch. They absolutely loved the “rainbow” glitter piece and spent a lot of time making different art patterns. It is huge! This gives plenty of room for all of them to play together. We got the giant wiener dog puppy, which delighted the children as one of them has an actual real Dachshund dog! My problem was I was conflicted on where to place the toy. I needed it to be within my vision, low enough for all to reach, and maybe even be able to bring it outside in better weather. I couldn’t find information on weather it can easily be removed, so I decided to build it on a piece of wood I already owned. Speaking of lack of instruction I could not locate any information on weather putting this up on a wall would mare the surface, which helped me in my decision to put it on something rather than directly on a wall. It would be perfect for a bedroom, or school, nursery, or toy room, but I don’t have a designated location. I am impressed with the quality and ingenuity of this product. It is well worth the price!

Works As Big Puzzle For Floor Or Big Table, Save The Wall, Use Backing Or Sticky Velcro Instead
This is a great Dinosaur sensory panel, but I put the tape away in a cabinet because it will wreck my walls to use it. Instead, I put strips of adhesive velcro on the backs of the pieces. That will stick to many materials I can safely put on my walls if I want to mount it there without damaging the paint or drywall. For now, I keep it in a box in my grandkids room and they have great fun & satisfaction putting it together as a giant puzzle and feeling each piece over and over again with their hands, faces, arms, or just laying on it. They love it whether it's in pieces or put together! None of the pieces have come apart or "shed" since I got it a month ago, and that says something to me about their quality in the busy hands of toddlers. You can never be sure these days, so I'm happy about that so far. A few years ago, I bought a pack of squares with different textures and materials for them & their friends to play with, and I noticed they really enjoyed those squares. This is a nice new addition because they love that it's also a big puzzle they can easily fit together. This would make a great gift any time of year and would be fun in a pre-school or daycare setting as well. If you get this, I recommend experimenting with it as a floor or table play first. If you prefer to mount on a regular painted wall, it might be a good idea to use a better method to hang it. 4 stars from me!
