US Solid won't call
One of the pieces broke immediately. We glued to make it work and have tried calling US Solid several times to buy replacement parts and nobody will return out calls. Please somebody from Amazon or US Solid please contact us. We were never called back so I have a non-working machine that was used for less than 2 months!

Only one side works
I would give this machine 5 stars if it worked correctly. Only one side works, but we really like the side that is working. Got a response from customer service on how to troubleshoot the problem, but it didn’t fix the problem. Will update post on the outcome of how everything works out with customer service... Stay tuned!

Machine does not work. Company does not follow up
We try to get in touch with seller for troubleshooting but did not follow up with us the machine stopped working after 1 time use

Great Product
Used my machine and loved it!

No parts or service assistance
I had the product for almost a year and it was Ok , the manual was in poorly done and hard to understand. Then we had a problem with it working properly. We found the problem and needed a part. We have tried for 2 months to get a part which was in the manual with a part number and have got any response for the company.
