Q: What are the ingredients?

Just pharmaceutical grade boric acid powder encapsulated in vegetarian capsules. No filler or any other ingredient.

Q: Capsule takes too long to dissolve. Is there a trick to getting them dissolved easier? Can I wet it before application?

You are only supposed to insert it right before bed and it will dissolve by the morning. Do not wet it ahead of time.

Q: Why does it spot or bleed at times?

I used to only spot while using this and right now I have a full on period and I just got over my period, and the blood looks weird, like dark. I don't use these over excessively either, maybe 2 supps a week if I need to. Was so happy thinking I don't have to worry about UTI anymore but I'm scared of what this has done to me, I been using these on and off for few years. I think I'm going to try the other ones I used to get, looks like similar to this bottle but it's not and I can't remember name of them. The bleeding has never been like this before. also I have an IUd- Paraguard if wondering.
