Kid very happy !
Perfect ! My 18 year old said it was his favorite gift . Assembly was easy , felt pretty solid. Lag bolt to studs in garage and he went straight to working out .

Sturdy, simple, *Design flaw
Sturdy, easy to put together but has a design flaw. See video and pictures. Lower supports (in both mounted orientations) do not align with studs, I recommend adding thin support plate that extends inward to distribute weight across the studs.

It's a weird size it doesn't line up with standard stud spacing I had to add a piece of wood to the side of my studs to make it work properly The metal is also kind of chincy I put it together with my electric driver and it actually crimped the metal I'm not sure if it'll last a long time because of this

Good for limited work out spaces, needs a second set of hooks
Great for limited spaces. Wish it came with a second set of hooks as when you flip from dips to pull ups, you have to start and perform the exercise with your knees bent so you don’t hit the floor. And vice versa, you have to hoist yourself up to do dips and crunches depending on how high you mount the hooks

Built strong and easy to assemble however….. my only problem is you get one set of 2 mounting hooks so if the hooks are high for pull ups you’ll have to jump up about shoulder height to do dips Or perfect for dips height but you’ll need to be on your knees when you start your pull ups. This product should come with a set of 4 mounting hooks for a 100% perfect product. 3 stars only, one less star for each missing hook otherwise it would be 5 stars rating!
