This product works very well as a nose trimmer, with very little snag or pull on nose hairs which was a welcome change to other trimmers I've used in the past.However, the product is let down by the unbelievably bad build quilty and choice of materials.- The plastic feels like the cheapest that was available with no rubberized grip or ergonomic properties- The on/off mechanism invloves simply twisting the battery compartment - twist it too far and the battery pops out. It also rubs against the main case and is very hard to twist- Feels like it would snap, crack or break with only the smallest of drops due to the cheapness of the build qualityIt feels like BaByliss went for the cheapest build they could put their name on, which is a shame. If you don't care about the actual feel and just want a painless nose trimmer, this works well.If you're looking for a product that looks or feels god in the hand, or that is more sturdy than the bare minimum, look elsewhere.

Absolutely rubbish. I had the older model which lasted me years without an issue and they newer version of the same product has replaced the Switch On / Off mechanism with a twist action which constantly means the Battery falls out...totally useless and a complete waste of time. Classic case of cheapening the costs of production leading to an inferior product!
