It’s motivational but not “new”
If you’re a highly motivated, high achieving individual than this book probably won’t tell you much you aren’t already doing. It’s a fun read with some pictures and lots of quotes throughout but it doesn’t have much substance.

Mostly a compilation of images
The principle is a very interesting concept; however, the book is very basic and does not develop ideas further than a few samples.

Great book since it came out around 2001. I mainly use it now with my 11 year old wards.
Any simpleton can read this book and say 'I got it!'. Just a little additional effort can make the difference. This is where they miss the main point, the concept is simple, the application takes a lifetime. The MNC I worked with when the book came out used it for years with new managers to help them get focused on how 'they' could make a difference. Even then, after the first day of training, the majority would insist they 'got it'. We then interweaved the concept into the rest of their training with the point of 'How are YOU going to apply this back in your office?'. I mainly use it now with 11 year olds. That would be 5th graders here in the USA. Do they want to spend 10 more minutes playing HALO or studying for the 5th grade YE standardized test that can effect their entire life. The child will opt for HALO. What will their parents do?
