But when laying down a layer for gold leafing you have to do it super thin anyway. So this glue worked perfectly and I bearly made a dent in its supply to cover a 2ft in diameter art project. Nice tip make it as thin as possible when putting a layer of glue down. I thought i had it thin enough but one of the sections showed my glue brush strokes through the gold leaf. Luckily I was working on a textured piece so it was not too out of place.
