Attention, Work Bench/Desk People™️: - This one. - Get this one. - This is the one you should get. - You should get this one. This bench is exactly what I hoped it wood be, and that's saying a lot. I must have spent months searching. It is absolutely what you see in the pics and description, and I couldn't be happier. Whatever desk I use inevitably gets abused with all manner of tools and "parts", so I needed a brutally strong work bench that can also be a comfy desk, and these cover both bases perfectly. Since it's still on sale (~$136!), I've just now ordered another for the garage and/or office/shop. I'm thinking maybe an "L" shape in a corner. - The materials and design are the best I can imagine at this price point. The frame & legs are good steel with perfect bends and welds. The paint (powder coat?) also appears perfect. There are no burrs, blemishes, or gaps that I can find. All the nuts and bolts exist and meet the need. I like how the feet attach with big, fat standard bolts that could be changed for longer if desired, which leads into... - The height range is exactly what I needed to fit both(all?) use cases. I currently have one at standard desk height, and I may put another in the garage at standing bench height. The finely adjustable feet let me be finicky and match with adjacent surfaces. - Yes, the top really is solid wood -- which seems impossible to find these days -- and it's absolutely beautiful. It's a genuine pleasure to work on as a desk. I find myself admiring it probably way too much. The joinery used to make the solid plank is just lovely and seems very "stable" meaning it won't warp over time. Assembly was a snap with everything fitting perfectly and the end result is rock solid with absolutely zero wobble, which is both comforting as a work bench and critical for a desk. It's described as handling 2000 pounds and I bet it will. Big win.

Great product for the cost (at least from initial assembly and impressions). Dimensioned as advertised, robust packaging despite its weight, clear assembly instructions, holes lined up as expected, all-in-all it took about 25 minutes to assemble by myself. It’s also easily adjustable, rigid (cannot twist/flex it), and seems to have good stability (not wobbly on a flat surface). You do need to have some tools for assembly, including a 5mm allen key for assembling the frame, power drill with a Phillips head for the tabletop (extended head makes it way easier), and ideally a wrench for the feet (you might also need a backing tool if you want to get it really tight: crescent wrench/socket set). If you are using rotating or vibrating machinery on this product I recommend applying loctite or lock washers to the frame hardware before installing, or they may vibrate loose. This is not a concern for me because it’s just acting an extra surface in our laundry room. The product seems to have high-quality coatings: lacquer finish on the wood, black e-coat on the steel legs and frame, and a chrome-finish zinc nickel coating on the hardware. Personally I would have preferred a black zinc coating to match the black legs. Although it’s not something I would typically care about on furniture, it was nice to see graded hardware for the feet.

I was concerned that shipping a workbench could get damaged, it showed up fine. I ordered 2. They were both fine from shipping - but one bench had been scratched before. You could see that there was a gouge in the surface that they filled in with a synthetic wood and then sanded it down. It is smooth, level, square and all that, but you can see the place where they repaired it. Overall, they are very sturdy and worth the price. Not cheap pieces, the connections, screws and bolts are all quality. Assembly was easy and quick. A great work bench.

Very nice especially for the price. The top is smooth and well finished. The frame is reasonable and easy to assemble. The rubber feet - awesome! There is some lateral weakness (pushing from end to end but I will fix that with some steel welded to the frame, I want this thing to be HEAVY and SOLID for pounding metal into shape.

IMPORTANT! The pullout drawer was a tish short in width preventing it to slide on to each side rail. So I adding two #8 washers between each of the 4 screws (2 on each side) behind each rail that's secured to the inside of the bench. Note: I seem to be the only customer with this issue. But it was an easy $1 fix and totally worth it because this is a solid, well built and functional workbench for the price! The directions were easy to follow and it came with a bonus 60" black, rubber backed mat that was an unadvertised bonus. I absolutely love this work bench!

I'm not sending it back because it will work for what I need. But i would pay a little more for Something better. It had a chip in the top corner of the rubber wood. The leg brace on one side wasn't welded properly or welded on straight like it should have. It desperately needs a second shelf or a brace across it. Strange it comes with threads inserted where a brace or shelf could be? They even show them in the photos. I think at full height it could lean or fold in on itself with out braces. The legs are not easily adjusted for height either. One more thing their instructions don't give you a proper list of tools you'll need. I would recommend being careful not to strip the self tapping screws in the rubberwood. Turn the torque down on a screw gun or drive the buy hand with wood glue..

Great well made, sturdy table for the price. The only recommendation I would make is make one just like it with a 30" or 36" wide top to give consumers a little more room and would keep things from falling off so easily. I would buy one with a wider top tomorrow as they work great to use in a shop and it can be a fixed or rolling platform.
