**Q: Do you toast then and then blend?**
A: You can use spices whole or grind into powder,  but if do grind, remove cinnamon sticks & bay leaves. You warm before use, add oil-olive oil. Add what ever your cooking.

**Q: What are the ingredients to this garam masala?**
A: Honestly, I didn't look. I blend it with a separate coffee grinder by the jar full. I used to buy the separate ingredients and blend them myself, but this is less expensive.
