Have you even READ the Nutritional Content of this thing.? Its AMAZING!
Tastes like peanut+channa/cheese powder.. I know it sounds crazy! 😛 But it tastes good. NOT at all like a Cardboard (WTH guys.?).Does give a mild CHEESY taste to food. I just consume it directly. Main reason for choosing this are the NUTRITIONAL Components (Vit Bs, Folic Acid, Selenium etc). Actually noticed difference in skin, HAIR and NAILS after consuming this. SO good.! Hair and nails grew faster and skin noticed a beautiful subtle glow (could also be from TFS Yewadam(?) Kit). Only need a LITTLE bit of this Goodness for ENORMOUS health/beauty benefits. Go for it. Instead of buying all those CHEMICALLY derived Vit B12 Supplements.

It is one of the most delicious thing I have ever tasted. Really unique taste. Loved it. However Company should use glass bottle instead of plastic after all they are charging high rate.

Good product at very expensive price
Cheese like flavour. MRP 799rs,i brought it around 750rs. Now they are selling the product at 1718rs which too high. we didnt find Mrp clearly on the pack.i think its violation of consumer laws.

Worth the nutrition provided
So i bought this after learning about the benefits to health. The internet said "nutritional yeast is a nutrient-dense, inactive yeast packed with complete protein, fiber, and essential B vitamins (especially B12). It provides a savory, cheesy flavor". It does add a slighty cheessy taste especially if you pair it with milk. Overall if add it to my ramen, rice and other dishes. There is no weird taste but there is a reaction that gives off a weird smell. It is off putting at first which I think might be evolutionary. However after a while you get used to it and it doesn't bother you Over all im impressed with the nutrition it has 5g protein per 2 tips and gives tons of vitamin Bs iron and fiber. Definitely a powerhouse for nutrition I havent noticed any weird body orders or smells which i was nervous about since it is inactive yeast.

Healthy alternative to Buttered Popcorn
Trying to be healthier so bought this plus a popcorn air popper and a glass oil spray bottle. A few sprays of oil on freshly air popped popcorn, sprinkle of salt and nutritional yeast, give it a good shake and I’m set. The nutritional yeast is hard to describe but I like it. It’s kind of nutty and a bit cheesy. I read that Braggs is stronger than other nutritional yeast but I don’t find it strong. No chemicals from microwave popcorn and no fat and calories from butter.
