Absolutely the BEST Dog Beds Ever!
Over the years, I've bought about 6 dog beds from the pet stores, mainly because one of my dogs gets bored and chews up his bed! During the holidays, I purchased 2 of the deep den dog beds and my dogs LOVE them! As it's now winter in the NE, I have added a couple of plush throws tucked in the beds and they love to nestle in them. One dog is part Basengi/Shepard (47 lbs - the chewer) and the other a Chiquaqua/terrior (13 lbs). I got Large and Medium dog beds to give them room to stretch out a bit. Sizing the dogs was a little challenging at first and I thought I got the wrong sizes since the bigger dog liked to curl up in the smaller dog's bed and vice versa (see picture). I eventually switched the position of the dog beds and now they sleep in their own sized beds! The larger dog can no longer chew up his bed either!! I hope to have these beds for a good long time!Update: Dogs in their own beds! (sorry- this pic only post sideways for some reason)

I am not impressed
The first time we left our dog alone with this bed he ripped it open. He is 40lb. beagle mix. Not a big dog. I am not impressed.

Tiger proof? LOL my 25lb dog destroyed his in 10 minutes
My 25lb dog was pulling out stuffing within 10 minutes. It is far from "chew proof." So, I emailed their warranty department (like it says to do) and its been almost a month and they don't respond or answer the phone. Dont buy from K9 Ballistics

Do not buy!!
We've purchased 4 different dog beds on Amazon and all have claimed to be tough and will withstand chewing dogs. This was by far the most expensive and also the brand that models itself after being "tough".After having the bed for a couple hours you can see the damage that was easily caused by our puppy. Come to find out after setting up the return, that they do not back their products and will not take any product back unless it is in new condition.Do not buy if you have a dog that chews!1

It is a rugged bed, but... our toy poodle chewed through the cover in 6 months. Bright green stuffing all over the place, and he has a VERY satisfied look on his face; proud to laugh at the “chew through guarantee.”

Seems like it will hold up against all but the absolutely most determined chewers!
I keep this on my bed for both of my dogs to snuggle in at night. I have 2 dogs, a 29lb,12yr old shepenji & a 23lb, 6mo old labraheeler. Both fit very comfortably in the large. I don't know if I'll leave this bed out for them when I'm not home though because I'm not sure there is anything the puppy can't destroy. However, it is extremely well made & heavy duty. My puppy is all grit & determination so she did (of course) test it out with her teeth. She looked confused when her gnawing didn't get her anywhere. She does love digging in it though! My older boy dog doesn't kill dog beds & he loves this one. The puppy already demolished 2 of his regular beds, so hopefully this one will fare better for his sake!

TRY AS HE MAY, OUR PUPPY COULD NOT CHEW A HOLE IN THIS BED!
This is the second bed we have had to buy for our four month old lab/boxer mix puppy. The first bed lasted about two weeks before we got tired of picking up the stuffing all over the house. After doing a bit of research we decided to buy the K9 Ballistics Round Dog Bed. We got the large because Louie is currently 29 pounds and we estimate he may be between 60 to 70 lbs full grown. The first thing he did when we opened the bed and shook it out was try to chew the sides. It didn't even leave a mark. He found that he can fit all of his toys in the bed with him. He loves to snuggle his head into the deep walls and looks so comfortable while napping. The bed is a bit pricey, but it looks like it will last for years. Would definitely recommend.

She can't seem to bite through this one! Yay!
Our 19-pound chiweenie (dachshund and chihuahua mix) loves to tear, shred and rip even when she gets a lot of exercise and socialization. I think it's just the way she is. We've been having a hard time finding a bed she wouldn't destroy...We've only had this a few days/nights but she seems to be getting used to it and seems to sleep better, which means we sleep better. The only negative I can find is that when she moves around at night, she makes more noise than the old beds because the material is tough and kinda scrunches. But that's minor, so far, so good! Thanks!
