Real spice no fillers
The flavor is amazing. I chose this brand because the ingredient list was all spices and not fillers and other chemical stabilizers. It is a paste in a packet so it doesn't need all those anti-clumping ingredients.

Excellent marinade for grill season
I have used the sauce for years It’s a great marinade for shrimp and chicken. Friends who have fined at our house always ask what I use and then order as well from Amazon.

Makes great satays
This is a great product, makes really tasty satays, especially if you give it a chance to marinate for a few hours. I've only used it on chicken so I can't say what it's like with other meats. Cut the meat fairly thinly for best penetration of flavour.
