Banneton works well. Easy to flour and proved dough came out easily. The lame is very good, but no option to change the blade. The scraper is extremely useful, it’s probably had the most use out of all the items. I’ve not used the liner

I use this for proofing my bread. The only downside is that the blade of the scraper cannot be changed.

Very happy with my purchase, the banneton was perfect size for the loaf I made, using 500g of flour, used the lame too. My dough was not firm so the lame dragged a bit and I need to be more confident using it.

This is a present for my son, I assume it is exactly what he needs
