Nice little laptop that is light and fast. It has a pretty powerful CPU for the small package. Has a good collection of external connectivity that allow me to replace a desktop easily. From the serial number of the battery, the device was made three years ago. Minimal wear and appears to be almost new. For the price, it is a solid computer.

I bought this laptop as a spare to do coding when I travel. I wanted something that was inexpensive in case it got lost or stolen, but I needed at least 8 Gb of RAM and 265 Gb of storage, and new laptops with those specs are over $500. For a little over $250, this laptop is a super value. It is fast and, for its generation, the battery life is good so far (about 8 hours). I'm very happy with my purchase!

I bought two of these for my girls for school. Within a month, the battery was falling out of one. I called amazon and they exchanged it. They are not even a year old and they don’t work!! One of them has a broken fan, 7 keys don’t work, and the screen went black. The other one that was replaced has the battery falling out!!! Ridiculous!!! Do not buy this product!!!!

Nice operating little laptop. 8gb ram type memory is good enough for all normal modern demands. Decent power and speed. Only gripe is that the power cord jack fits loosely and easily falls off with the slightest movement. A bit of tape cures the issue easily enough.

Always a little nervous about "reconditioned" electronics but the price was right so I took a chance. This laptop was everything I needed and looks and works like new. Everything was properly packaged and after starting it up and downloading all available windows 10 updates everything is working fine. By the way, it does have a back lit keyboard.

The product arrived with some damage, but the seller was immediately willing to respond to the issue which made me want to leave a review for them.The product behaved exactly as expected and is definitely a wonderful device for the price!

I've been using this very cost efficient computer for almost a year now and it has meet and superceded every expectation. Not only that, but the customer service was superb in their ability to help me with reactivating windows and were very helpful with my problems. You really cant go wrong with this product or seller.

CHARGED IT AND IT STILL DOES NOT COME ON, BLACK SCREEN AND I REALLY NEEDED THIS FOR WORK. I HAVE BEEN CALLING CUSTOMER CARE AND THERE IS NO RESPONSE. I WISH I COULD GIVE THIS 0 STARS, A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!!!!

This is my first review on Amazon as I found the support of Australian Computers Traders (ACT) is top notch and beyond anything we could have expected. I bought this laptop for my kids to study and learn games development. The laptop is in an excellent condition and the kids are super happy about it. The delivery was fast and the ACT team is super responsive to inquiries, I've made tens of purchases in Amazon, eBay, AliExpress, etc. and haven't seen any seller who would always respond to inquries in less than 24 hours. I am extremely happy epsecially that I had to contact them before and after Christmas for support services and they always exceed our expectations.I will become a regular customer of ACT and would give preference to their offers even as an alternative in case they don't have the exact item that I or my family intend to purchase.Thanks heaps ACT!!

The laptop looks in very good condition and is really solid. It manages the key task of running high power video capture and editing programs.
