Reason1. Makes huge noise after couple of months use2. The auto close and open of vent failed during last 4 months warranty period3. Asked for service. They took and kept with tem for 2 months that the part didn't come.4. Installed back without doing nothing with minor adjustment finally waste.I wonder this experience from an reputed complany

Flaps stopped working before warranty
The product is very stylish and good looking. But it stopped working before the warranty. The flaps don’t open and close which makes the product non usable. Repeated requests to Havells did not help in resolving the issue as no one comes to repair the unit. Please think twice before going for this product.
