I would say this has a 6 month life for me as an inspector constantly taking notes.The functionality if perfect and it's lightweight. I love the clip on the outside for papers and the folder on the inside. Wipes off easily if dirty, and doesn't look cheap. I have destroyed the seam from bending it back so frequently, but will likely purchase a new one soon.Great floral pattern, makes everyone think, "seriously" flowers on a construction site.
