It works perfectly well, I used it at level 1 and I didn’t feel any discomfort I don’t understand what people are whining about and I could get the stones out successfully. It comes with a lot of extra tools to fit your needs. Overall I think this product is worth it it is a little overpriced imo but I wish you could buy less items for maybe less money.

I really like that it has different attachable heads and that the battery life is insanely long. You can also detach the heads for easy storage. I use this with another device that has a camera so I can see what I’m doing and it worked really well. This device sucks that tonsil stones out. The other device was originally made for earwax removal, but I got it to see where my tonsil stones were. And they were great together. It’s pretty easy to use, especially if you read the instructions. It also comes with a bunch of extra tools you can play around with.

The light function is terrible. It may as well not have a light. The suction is weak on the highest setting but sometimes works to remove a stone. Definitely needs improvements in design. I don't recommend. I should have sent it back.

Surprisingly effective, work to remove tonsil stones!

Disclosure: I purchased this product with my own money and is not sponsored by anyone. My honest opinion of this product and accessories. The tonsil stone remover device charges with usb-c port. Holds a charge a while when not used for long periods of time. I use once a month. The plastic suction type canister comes apart in 3 easy to clean pieces. I noticed that there is an indented notch in the plastic suction canister and a protruding piece inside the cylinder base in the main device that I have a difficult time understanding what it does. The plastic suction canister sometimes comes loose and I try to turn it so the notch and protruding part wedge to hold the suction canister better, but not hard enough for fear of damaging it. It came with 3 flexible suction tips and 2 glass non-flex tips. I tried the flexible ones and was a little difficult to use. The glass ones were perfect. It allows me to get areas I could not see well. Easy to clean. Can store in provided bag. Main device does not fit the bag. Comfort level is gagging and soreness at first. Even on lowest level suction is strong. Then I switched from the flexible suction tips to the glass one and moved it around. I think my problem was leaving it in one place. Sound is a little above a sonic toothbrush and it does remove stones. It’s a good product.

Its works very well. But it lasted only 1month and now it want charge pass 2 bars and it has no suction. I sisnt send in my warranty. And I was afraid they wouldnt send my money back . Ao i have tryed everything it just want work. And its already been used a month and its never got wet inside . It worked good for a month and thats it. Is there anyway I could get a refund on this item. ?

not easy to use

I bought this to deal with recurring tonsil stones, and overall it's been pretty effective. The suction is surprisingly strong — much better than the weak battery-powered options I’ve tried in the past. It actually pulls the stones out without needing to dig around too much, which is a big plus. The glass tips feel high-quality and easy to clean, and the whole unit feels sturdy and well-made. That said, the biggest challenge is visibility. Like most people, I’m not exactly a pro at navigating the back of my own throat, and without a built-in light or camera, it’s hard to see what you're doing. I’ve tried using a mirror and phone flashlight, but it’s still awkward and kind of a guessing game at times. If this had a small camera or even a better light system, it would be much easier to use. But if you're familiar with where your tonsil stones tend to show up and you're patient, it gets the job done. Much better than using cotton swabs or your fingers.

I recently got tonsil stones again after not having them for over a decade. They were usually small at first but lately because of how my tonsil crevices are, my tonsil stones have become a bit harder to remove because theyre caught behind certain things or are oddly shaped. I ended up buying this machine due to other people's reviews (thank you for the photos of your various tonsil stones, especially the people who did a size comparison) and because my current tonsil stone has been stuck in my mouth for weeks now and it's been getting so uncomfortable. Uncomfortable to the point that I thought I had a sore throat, but it was just irritating my tonsil. It took a bit of practice to angle the suction tip, so I practiced against my inner cheek at first which helped a lot. I was able to take out the tonsil stone within 5 seconds after angling it right! I used lvl 1 because the suction was already really strong. Not painful at all. I would have taken a photo to show proof but the tonsil stone smelt SO bad that I had to wash it down the drain. Thank you so much! I needed this so badly.
