15 Red Heart Rose of Sharon Seeds

I only had one seed sprout from this order out out a total of about 150+ seeds I ordered in total. Only one germinated. I have grown many seeds in the past with much luck, I even have special planting boxes to germinate the seeds. Only one sprouted. That tells me the entire batch from both my orders was no good.

We were only able to get one plant to take out of 17 seeds.

None of the seeds came up.
