Anyone else have marks on neck after wearing this

No…it does recommend that you were it for a short time to start with.if it’s making marks on your neck you might not have it on right…I have spondylitis and it really helped but I didn’t wear it for long periods

Would this help with chronic tension headaches?

I have pain in my neck both sides, it doesn’t give me headaches but the pain does go up to the back of my head, using this in the evening while reading or watching tv certainly prevents it, and while it is restrictive it’s very restful for my head, you haven’t got much to lose for the price of it.
