RumbleRoller Beastie Ball 2 Pack - Original or Extra Firm Massage Roller Ball

These are amazing, the 3rd set I have bought. I give then to friends here in Texas and Internationally as well.I use them while I drive or while sitting at my desk, as well as on the floor when I do Yoga. When the stress knots in my back are tight and I have upper or lower back pain, I use these and they help tremendously. It's like getting a massage while You get to choose the exact knots and spots I want worked on, I recommend these to everyone who has a back. They work well on glutes as well, and my neck against the wall. AMAZING!!! I use them every day.

These beastie balls are amazing if you have really bad muscle knotting in your back. (I have no idea what's happening with my back but I have knots in it all the time and it HURTS and doesn't stop hurting until I use something to unknot my muscles.). I have the rumbleroller roller also which is great but the beastie balls are even better. Just today, I was using the beastie balls and after using them, I literally felt clear headed, my back had been aching for 3 days straight with knotted muscles and I guess I didn't realize how much the pain was clouding my thinking. If you have back pain from knotted muscles, get these things.

I have been looking for a good massage ball and have two full sized Rumble Rollers, so I gave these a try.Pros-Very aggressive-perfect size-Very reputable companyCons-No cons for the actual beasties-Very expensive accessoriesThe best combination is to get a pair of beasties, or just an extra firm one, and then just buy the blue full sized Rumble Roller. Would not recommend the accessories though. The beastie by itself is enough.Great product overall. They're the best massage balls I've found so far

Excellent product. I find it very good for targeting the chest/shoulder area.I have tight internal rotators of the shoulder and chest muscles, caused from too much desk work. To fix my posture I use these to release the tension in the anterior muscles and strengthen my back muscles. This product definitely gets in there and the pressure is fantastic.

I purchased this 2 weeks ago. I absolutely love it! I have been using it everyday. It can dig into spots nothing else can, and since you're doing it yourself, you can control the intensity.The reason for the 4 stars - I am using it to primarily massage my lower back, but also for my hips and other tight spots. I can direct the nubs to where I want it to dig in, and just press. I'm an average sized guy - 5'10" and 167lbs, and in the 2 weeks I've used it, it has shrunken and softened up a bit. I am attaching a picture of the 2 I got - one used often, and one used minimally, and you can tell the difference already - I'm glad I got the x-firm.I really do love this bad boy though, and have already given 2 as gifts! They're on the expensive side, but if they work (which they do for me), they are well worth it.I've tried the lacross ball and tennis ball (don't waste your time with that), and have 2 rumble rollers (full size and small size). The beastie is my fave.

I already own three X-firm Beasties, but find them too firm for everyday use, whereas I do need two more softer, original Beasties.

I have majorly chronic tension in my mid-to-upper back and shoulders, and have been using balls of one sort or another over the last few years to knead / release the knots. In the past, my preferred tool was a rope ball dog toy, which you can get at pet stores or Walmart type stores for around 5 or 10 bucks. When mine was stolen during a car break in a few weeks ago, I decided to give something specifically designed for back massaging a try.Given that I need A LOT of pressure to release the knots in my back, I decided to go for the X-firm version of the RumbleRoller balls. Well, they are definitely firm, and definitely not for the pain-intolerant! Between the extreme firmness and the spikes, these balls are really awesome for digging deep into your tissue and getting at those super tight knots. It hurts like hell, but wow are they ever effective! The size is also perfect.I was skeptical these would be more effective than the $5-$10 pet toy balls, but they are, at least if you need maximum firmness. Are they worth 2-4 times the price per ball? Maybe… depends on the person. For me they are.A little trick I learned recently, which works great for these balls, is to put the ball in a sock (see attached picture). This allows you to more easily place the ball between a wall or chair and the specific trouble spot on your back. I find it especially useful given that I don’t have much flexibility in my shoulders and have a hard time getting the ball in the right spot. Give it a try!

These are the best ever , really excellent quality, firm with a bit go give, so it tends to sink in more! I prefer these than going to have a professional massage, as these are so 'deep and penetrating' and I am hooked to them!

Diese RumbleRoller Beastie-Bälle sind, meiner persönlichen Meinung nach, sehr viel besser und effizienter zum Lösen von Verspannungen als normale Massagebälle. Diese Bälle sind zwar gewöhnungsbedürftig, wirken aber dafür bis in die tieferen Muskelschichten.
