Excellent coffee maker

Affordable and efficient Way to make a single cup of coffee, my grandmother loves it very easy to use and doesn’t take up a lot of counter space Coffee comes out nice and hot.

I purchased this to use in my guest room for guests who might want a cup of coffee before venturing out for the day. I had used what I think is the exact same model in hotel rooms in the past so I figured it would be sturdy and not overly complicated. It arrives with no user manual, but the instructions are on the lid of the unit itself. I've used it a few times just to check it out -- I purchased the pods for it here on Amazon. I just use my coffee cup to measure the water, add it to the reservoir, add a pod in the tray, and push the button. Takes about 3-4 minutes, and voila! coffee. It's a decent brew -- not as good as fresh ground, but far better than instant. The only thing I found confusing is there's a red light on the front of the unit just under the "start" button that never comes on -- I assume it's supposed to signal either the unit "working" or "finished," but since it never comes on, I have no idea about its purpose. No big deal, really -- it seems to work just fine without it. I'm basically happy with it so far -- it won't get a huge amount of use so I'm hoping it will last awhile. I may purchase another one for my own bedroom so I can make a cup or two while I'm working on stuff.

saw this in hotel room, just had to get one, its perfect for one person, i mean u can make 1 cup at a time for multi people, it is excellent

Arrived quick, great value, perfect for hotel application.

DOES NOT USE PODS, K-CUP PODS, OR COFFEE CAPSULES! It says "1 Cup Pod Coffeemaker" but it doesn't actually use PODS it uses coffee PADS, and it is actually not compatible AT ALL with the PODS that I purchased alongside this product per its claim. Nowhere in the description does it make the distinction and it doesn't offer any additional pictures that might hint toward it, either. I don't know if this is an intentionally mistyped title and misrepresentation of the product just to try and get more sales or if it all was an accident, but it doesn't matter, HAMILTON BEACH should be more responsible with its products and respectful of its customers! DO NOT BUY!

It is a old fashioned drip coffee maker perfect for good old fashioned cup of coffee no fancy garbage

Good but the wrong voltage, shame they don't do one for the UK

Simple fast way to have a cup of coffee, not using a plastic pod! The tea bag like pod should have always been the way we did our one off coffees.

Il est difficile de se procurer des dosettes dans un sac/poche. Le cafe est bon, cafe filtre. Usage très facile pour personnes âgées. Quantité d'eau pour une tasse.
