Under Armour Men's Tactical Tech Long-Sleeve Shirt

First off, I got a bunch of the UA Tactical shirts about 3 years ago, and they were all excellent. A nice, durable, heavy material. Now they've gone to a very thin, lightweight material which is definitely not as durable, and is showing wear after a few weeks which used to take 6 or 7 months to show up. But with all of that being said, I do still like the shirt. They fit well, and are comfortable. The neck on the long sleeve is bigger than the short sleeve version, but it's still not gigantic (like most other "military" shirts), holds it's shape well, and sits close to the body, which is honestly the biggest selling point for me with these shirts. I hate droopy necks. I wear it over the short sleeve for just a little extra warmth, and it's just enough. Definitely recommend!

I like to hike, but I burn extremely easily. I had used rash guards and UV shirts before, but the fit was always unflattering, and the material was sometimes so thick that I'd overheat. This shirt is really thin in comparison, but it still keeps me from getting burnt on long hikes. The fit is looser than the average skin-tight rashguard too, so I don't feel weird wearing it to a bar or cafe after my hike. I'll definitely be buying more

Bought to use in place of the Army issued "Silk" top. Feels a little warmer and softer. We'll see how it fares in the field. Fit and color are spot on. (Not easy to find). Not cheap though... Expected given "UA" name brand.... But almost $40 for an imported synthetic material LS shirt is high.... Too bad they cannot offer the "Cold Gear" in spec USA Coyote like this. Happy I got this one; recommended (But only need one and only if you have the means)

I've been wearing under armour t-shirts since 2009 (17 years) and I still own 10 t-shirts from 2009 which are still excellent shape. I've also purchased about 10 of these t-shirts from Amazon (the item that I am reviewing). The two sets do not even compare. Either the ones from Amazon are counterfeits or the company has gone cheaper. It's been a couple years, but I did purchase a few tee shirts from a genuine retailer. Their t-shirts have gone thinner. The ones that I purchased from Cabelas in 2009 have the following quality: 1) They felt like real material - i.e. cotton and they were thicker but still ran cool 2) They looked good 3) Hang dries relatively quickly 4) You don't overheat due to the material and weave 5) You literally don't have to wash them for weeks at a time. They don't retain scent 6) They do have that obnoxious logo on the front. The ones from Amazon: 1) Thin, polyester/nylon 2) Because of the material and weave, they run slightly warm 3) You need to wash them after maybe 4 or 5 hours of wearing them. They retain scent. 4) They have a shiny/silky synthetic look 5) They do not have an obnoxious logo on the front - a big plus! Regardless, these shirts from Amazon do serve my purpose. Since I have 10 of these from Amazon and they are thin, I can easily wear them for a few hours and throw them in a wash wearing a fresh pair of t-shirt constantly and they don't take up room in my washer. Being thin also means they hang dry rather quickly, so that's a plus. Size is spot on - on the Amazon ones. They don't look horrible when you wear them (I have the black). The green and beige - I couldn't stand the colors and had to send them back. Durability: these shorts do hold up. I guess Nylon is strong.

I have a boat load of these shirts both short and long sleeves. The tactical/tech look also is worth the value. If you want a sharp look, this big boy shirt is what you should be putting on. They fit and wear well. A serious shirt shirt for a serious tactical stance.

I own at least 3 each of the different available colors and I really like these shirts. They are very comfortable. Great at wicking away sweat in the summer and a great base layer in the winter. As you know, sometimes Under Armor products can have some quality issues but I haven’t experienced any issues with these shirts.

Slightly off color if you were to put up to Black gym shorts, but exactly what i figured/ wanted and I love it, might be unnoticeable if you dont notice that type of stuff easily. It's reminds me of a matte black in my eyes but in clothing you are not going to get True matte black due to the materials. Fit is phenomenal. Extremely Comfortable. Will be buying more. Without a doubt. Plus going to try other colors.

I’ve been trying to replace a few under armor long sleeve t shirts for several years. These are fantastic. Great fit, great weight. Nicely tailored.

Bought this shirt for my hubby for Christmas. He is very peculiar about shirts and he absolutely loved this one. He said the quality is fantastic. It's light, comfortable, breathes well, and makes for a great under shirt. True to size. His only complaint was that he wishes it had a V neck instead of a round one. Perhaps a few more options would be good! I did get lucky and got this on sale which made it very very good value for the money, but I would say it's worth it even at full price!
