In this charming little book, she's put together lots of practical tips for designing a decent questionnaire that real people can answer accurately. You can easily read it in a couple of hours, and if you follow her advice you'll get much better results from your survey. Great book, very much to the point

Shorter than expected
Not quite as detailed as I'd hoped, but more than enough to help with an academic project. A lot if it is rather obvious, but it does have a few nice insights that I'm likely to cite in the future.
