Great fiber supplement
I've been using this fiber supplement for several years now and can attest to its efficacy for keeping a healthy and well regulated gut. Fiber caps like these are one supplement where you can really see instant results in a day! I will continue buying this brand as the quality and results are indisputable in my opinion.

They work
I was taking 5 as recommended but it bloated my stomach badly and I drank enough water. I drank 8 ounces with 1 pill on top of water throughout the day. I take 2 in the AM and 1 at night and have since pooped once a day at least. I'd say, start our slow and work your way up to the 5 a day. They work great but please drink water with them and throughout the day. I recommend these for sure

Feel healthy with less bloating and better elimination
I have struggled with colon related issues my whole life including a ruptured appendix and complications. I have discovered that my body is the happiest with a balance of probiotics and fiber. Fiber Fusion Daily truly supports healthy digestion and daily elimination. I have noticed less bloating and sugar cravings. While the daily dosage of 5 capsules may seem intimidating to some, it is actually convenient because you can taylor the dosage to your own body. I take three capsules before bed and two capsules in the morning. An added benefit is...it curbs my appetite so I eat less. It’s a win win. I have recommended these to friends who also love the way they help their body. I am so thankful that I discovered these. I won’t be without them now.

Works well without stomach distress . Note: Recommended dose is 5 capsules per day. I would suggest more like one capsule per day until you know how your body reacts. One per day works for me.
