Great for stretching and you do get a good workout especially if one is not very limber

This product is made cheaply and wasn't what I expected. I can't believe that I paid return shipping and a 30% restocking fee. Basically, it cost them around $10 to make this item, at most, and they charge $100. I lost half my money to return the item. I will let as many people that I can that this is a company that is not looking out for customers and is willing to do whatever they can to make a dollar, at the expense of others.

Great unit for at home exercising and great videos

I am a personal trainer and I would not recommend this product for anyone who has any hand arthritis. The grips are not comfortable and put a huge amount of stress on the hands. The videos show doing arm circles with the rings except not the ones I purchased. I did start doing the exercise as the video showed and I knew immediately that if I continued my arms would be black and blue. In very small print at the bottom of enclosed insert was a line stating not to use the rings for arm circles. If you are very fit this is hardly a workout at all.

Terrific workout plan, easy to follow and it feels awesome.

Yikes! Buyer BEWARE!!! The material these rings are made of breaks down/ desinigrates and of course it happens after the 60 day warrenty. I did try contacting customer service and they said I could have a small discount on a brand new set. The discount didn’t even cover the shipping cost. I am VERY disappointed with this purchase and would NOT recommend this product.
